Calm Health is now available to Minnesota firefighters and their families

A popular no-cost benefit for Minnesota firefighters and their families will now offer a more comprehensive and personalized experience. MnFIRE partner, Optum, has provided MnFIRE members free access to the Calm app, which features Sleep Stories, relaxing music, daily mediations and more – and an enhanced experience is now available through Calm Health.
